Although the job we hired XXX Construction for was not a huge project, it was rather complex. Along with pricing, our cancer center looked for a company that would be sensitive to the needs of our patients. Todd and his crew did an outstanding job collaborating with the physicians to work around a schedule as to not jeopardize the health of our patients. Todd was very forthcoming in making proper suggestions to minimize the discomfort from the toxic fumes of the paints, glues and adhesives. There are two main things I look for when working with a contractor – I want a company that can maintain a schedule and maintain the cost as spelled out in the original bid. Todd was able to effectively work around any work order changes and reasonably negotiate potential alterations to schedules and cost. Beyond that I appreciated Todd’s concern for environmental safety issues and infection control while working with our medical facility.
